The vegetable fields are located not far from the hotel. Seasonal and regional fruits, vegetables and fresh herbs are grown here: from blueberries, strawberries, various salads (field lettuce, iceberg, lamb's lettuce, lettuce..), potatoes, zucchini, squash, cabbage, tomatoes, bell peppers, chili peppers, savoy cabbage, leeks, onions, shallots, beans, pak choi, turnip cabbage to numerous spices. the holistic concept is complete with rur cows and happy chickens that lay green eggs.
