We are glad that you are our guest and that we can offer you a nice time. Enjoy yourself in the Spa area which has lovingly furnishing for you. The wellness area is not too big nor is it too small, but just right and it gladly invites you to stay for a long time.
Opening hours: Beauty & Massage Center: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm - and by appointment.
Appointments
Time slows down when you are here. Please book your treatments, which you are looking forward to, at the same time as you make your room reservation.
Appointment cancellations
Please cancel appointments at least 12 hours before the start of the treatment. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we will have to charge the total amount for the treatment.

Your SPA team is available for consultations and appointments by phone at : +43 5336 50303 via email, info@die-alpbacherin.com or in person. Please make active use of it.
Health
We will be pleased to meet your individual wishes when making appointments, but at the same time we ask you to inform us about any health peculiarities and also about an existing pregnancy, so that you feel excellently cared for by us.
Clothing
You are best dressed in your SPA area, as well as during your stay for your treatments, in your bathrobe and slippers. To respect your privacy, you will be offered disposable under garments for each treatment, and you will be well covered.
Treatments
We kindly ask you to arrive at the treatment area five minutes before the start of the treatment. Our staff will be happy to meet you at the SPA reception for your treatment. Please understand that we cannot extend your treatment time if you are late.
Consideration
The SPA area is understood as a space of rest, reflection and full relaxation. If there are occasions to make phone calls, please take the opportunity outside of the SPA. Smoking and consumption of alcohol, food & beverages are not allowed in the SPA.
Face
The basis of every facial treatment is gentle cleansing, invigorating peeling, the soothing application of the aloe vera fresh plant leaf, an intensive massage and a mask tailored to your skin type. Enjoy the active ingredient-rich products on your face, neck and décolleté.
Body
